And now for something completely different. Today I finally did something I’ve always wanted to do. I ravaged my savings and bought all new LED bulbs for the rear lights on our truck. Alas,even the technology of the interweb can’t show you much difference in lumens. Top photo is with lights off, and bottom with brakes on. The brake lights, by the way, blink 10 times a second for 2 seconds when braking, then go solid. Neeto!!
Went to install the new electronic flasher, but the folks at Chevrolet cleverly concealed its mounting slot behind the fuse block. Had to have it installed at Gillete’s Auto Repair by Tony.
