Naked Cheesecakes

  Trying my hand st mini cheesecakes today. Made the crust from vanilla wafers, butter and vanilla. Turns out maybe too much butter as it saoked into the liner papers and is now sticking to the plates!
  Now to find a recipe for the cherry topping to put on in the morning.

We settled on using our home canned Danish Cherry Sauce thickened with corn starch for the topping. It was just tart enough to compliment the sweetness of the cheesecake.  Yummy!

We ended up with Momma thickening my Danish Cherry Sauce with cornstarch. It was great!!
