St Patricks Day
Momma took some cheesecakes over to brother Tiny’s yesterday. Gene & Jean liked them so much that when Jean called to invite us for dinner today she said I had to make dessert. Riiigghht!. A diabetic makes dessert for himself and another diabetic and both of our women. So I made peach cobbler , GRANNY’S PEACHES & CREAM COBBLER
And this was what it looked like when we got started. The remainder is being frozen,my glucometer skyrockets just looking at the picture!(But it sure was good!!)

It didn’t get frozen because we ended up with about two generous servings but not enough to make it four. My hubby is a great dessert maker with two successes accomplished this week. He said his glucometer skyrocketed but at this rate I’ll need a wheel barrow to carry my tummy around in!

Hey Jay, if the cobbler is as good as the jams you sent me, I am terribly envious. Looks wonderful, but do take it easy.

I found out the hard way,1/2 serving will be enough in the future. A full serving drove my blood sugar to 235.
